15 seconds not reasonable suspicion...

Green means go...

Driver waits 15 seconds at a green light, is pulled over and arrested for DUI. After 2 years and several appeals, a court ruled that waiting in such a manner is insufficient reasonable suspicion that a crime is being committed and overturned the DUI.

It's vital to challenge each phase of an arrest to determine whether probable cause to arrest without a warrant exists.
