Pulled Over, Now What?

I'm nervous and already feel mistreated

How you respond to law enforcement matters...

-Control your anger and frustration

-You don't have to answer questions about drinking alcohol or taking drugs, use your Right to remain silent

-You don't have to take the roadside tests. It's unlikely you'll do well on these, no matter how much (or little) you've consumed

-If you refuse to give a breath/blood sample, your driving privileges will be restricted for additional time after the revocation period ends - 18 additional months on the first offense

-Request an administrative hearing (drivers license hearing) within 15 days from day of your arrest!
