The Best of the Best in DUI Learn Here...

As an attorney, I seek out opportunities to learn all that I can about my field so that I can provide the best defense for my clients. As a member of the National College For DUI Defense, Inc., I have the privilege of being associated with some of the best DUI attorneys.

This past week we met in New Orleans at the Mastering Scientific Evidence seminar for two and a half days of continuing legal education. Here are some of the speakers and topics covered:

-Blood testing fermentation facts

-blood test attacks and chromatography

-lab accreditation and calculating uncertainty and retrograde extrapolation

-what is included in the new NHTS manual (roadside tests)

And a visit from the world's preeminent toxicologist Dr. A.W. Jones.
