Cop seizes boxes thinking the odor emanating from them was from illegal drugs... Unfortunately, many cops mistake(or are pressured into erring on the safe side) a vehicle driver's actions as indicators of being under the influence. At a minimum, a good DUI attorney will be trained in standardized field sobriety testing (SFST).
