CDL

Your livelihood may require a professional license, such as a CDL. Oklahoma is strict in this area of law. A first time conviction (paying court costs or entering a plea to a DUI/APC) causes a one (1) year disqualification of a CDL endorsement. A second conviction causes a lifetime disqualification.

Important to note: You don't have to be in a vehicle that requires a CDL to operate - to be disqualified... Any DUI/APC causes disqualification, if convicted.

DUI attorney Alan R Woodland has been successful in navigating the legal landscape, preserving numerous CDL's.
