Have a safe new year celebration.
Woodland & Associates wishes everyone a Happy New Year. My family will be driving on the roads. Please celebrate safely. Here are some basic tips:
-Use your Right to remain silent: you're not required to answer questions about consuming alcohol or drugs.
-Roadside tests are not mandatory, they're designed to incriminate you.
-Roadside breath tests on hand held devices (PBT) are not mandatory.
-You'll be requested to take a breath test or give a blood sample at the jail. If you refuse, your license will be revoked for additional time.
Request a DPS hearing within 15 days from your arrest.
Remember to call a DUI attorney if arrested.
Happy New Year!
