Karma...?
Recently I posted about judges getting arrested for DUI's. Well, here in Oklahoma, a trooper got arrested for DUI by his fellow troopers over the July 4th weekend.
We all make mistakes and none of us should be above the law... but I'm curious to know if he was treated with the same "respect" he dealt to his numerous DUI arrestees in their most humiliating and shameful moment.
Some questions a thorough DUI Attorney will delve into are, What was the probable cause and other indicators? Were the indicators correctly interpreted? Does he have a defense to show he wasn't over the limit? Remember, it's not illegal to drink and drive, only to be over the legal limit.
We must give him the benefit of the doubt... innocent unless proven guilty. By the way... the dash cam recording is supposed to be a public record, right?
