Your Consent is not Needed. Effective November 1, 2015 an expanded Oklahoma DUI law goes into effect. Law enforcement can now ask a judge to issue a warrant to obtain a blood sample from a driver suspected of driving under the influence. This applies IF the driver refuses a request for a breath test... It'll be forcibly drawn.
Prior to this, a person could refuse both the breath and blood tests (under most circumstances). Oklahoma joins several other "vampire" states where refusing isn't an option.
Additionally, this weekend Norman PD and Cleveland County have announced a joint effort to conduct checkpoints. A judge(s) will be on call via telephone to listen to requests for warrants to draw blood.

For Your Information:
1. Be respectful
2. You can use your Right to Remain Silent
3. You're not required to take the roadside tests (including the handheld breath) and it's very unlikely you'll do well on them if you try [I'm trained in them and don't do well...]
4. If you refuse the request for breath or blood sample, your license may be restricted for additional time
5. If you refuse, a warrant may be issued for your blood to be drawn against your will
6. Hire me to represent you! DUI Attorney Alan R Woodland. I'llpersonally handle your case.
