Enough Blinker?
City Council of Oklahoma City passed an ordinance about blinker usage. This may seem like a common sense move; unfortunately I see more enforceability conflict and a "go-to" reason to pull a car over..."No officer, I had my blinker on for .6 of a second before making the change.....
