Frequently Asked Questions about DUI

Was it 15 Days... or 30 Days? The cop confused me about my license

You have only 15 days from the arrest to request a hearing and fight for your license. That's the best chance for a lawyer to win/keep your license and avoid a blow device in your car.Relax, I'll do it for you and represent you at the hearing.

My Blood Was Drawn

From the blood draw to the printed results (chromatogram), I'll discover if the law and procedures were followed, if the lab is compliant and if the result is accurate.

Was I Supposed to Blow? Won't it be used against me?

A breath test is intimidating. I'm trained to operate the Intoxilyzer 8000 (the breath machine used in Oklahoma). I'll discover if the test you took was done correctly and can be used as evidence against you.

The Roadside Tests Were Hard... Should I have said no?

You're not required to do these. I completed the same Field Sobriety Course and ARIDE course NHTSA provides to officers. I know if the "roadside tests" you did were administered properly and how to attack them.
